• Compiling site-specific Health and Safety Files for your Organization or for each project undertaken at a specific contract or location.

• Conducting Baseline Risk Assessments which addresses all relevant hazards / risks identified during the initial site walk. Your Scope of Work (where available) will also be reviewed to confirm on services rendered.

• Apart from Baseline risk assessments, we also conduct Issue / Task-based risk assessments for newly introduced tasks or processes as well as Continuous risk assessments to ensure that any new potential hazards or risks which may come to light are identified and the relevant control measures recommended to ensure continued legal compliance.

• Health and Safety Audits conducted which includes a full site-walk of your Organization to identify any changes/processes or hazards/risks introduced which may adversely affect your workforce or the environment and to ensure your Organization complies with the relevant OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety Act – Act 85 of 1993) legislation.

• Reviewing of previously compiled Health and Safety Files (Legal Appointments, Safety Data Sheets, Inspection Checklists, Training Registers etc.) and a detailed report provided stipulating findings identified and their recommended corrective actions.

• Conduct thorough investigations into workplace incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective measures to prevent a recurrence.

• Internal Health and Safety Training to the workforce which includes communication of Risk Assessments, Toolbox Talks, Method Statements, Safe Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and more.
